ongoing coaching is essential to implement, support and sustain improved instruction
through the use of evidence-based academic and behavior support practices.
EdPro Development staff has both the tools and the experience to bring quality
coaching to your school and school district. Each individualized, school-specific
plan includes the intended outcomes of the professional development activities and
jointly negotiated benchmarks that indicate progress toward the intended outcomes.
Our ongoing professional development activities include sharing of content and
pedagogical practices through workshop presentations.
EdPro Development then follows up with ongoing, on-site coaching to support
the transition of learned content to systematized practices in classrooms and schools.
The workshop and onsite coaching cycle is typically repeated two to three times yearly.
